We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to provide services for one of our major, well known clients – who are one of the leaders in their industry.

You will establish and maintain an excellent relationship with all contract stakeholders including our staff, other supervisors, managers and clients.

Must have extensive cleaning experience

Office based in Clayton VIC

Monday to Friday

04:00am to 12:00pm

$60,000+ P.A. + Superannuation

Typical duties :

• Overseeing part time cleaning staff ensuring all cleaning staff sign in and sign out in accordance with start/finish times
• Arrange appropriate replacement staff due to absenteeism when necessary
• Ensure all cleaning staff are inducted prior to commencing work on site
• Maintaining adequate material/stocks and overseeing the condition and maintenance of all mechanical/electrical equipment
• Inspect the standard of cleaning by way of auditing and ensure the Cleaning Services carried out meet the performance requirements of the contract
• Arrange rectification works as directed
• Report issues and complete hand over to full time cleaning supervisor
• Ensure continued customer and client satisfaction
• Ensure the standard of service and contractual obligations are met
• Promoting and encouraging a safe working environment
• Ensuring all Occupational Health & Safety systems, quality systems and risk management systems are adhered to and maintained
• Daily liaison with other supervisors, managers and client staff
• Attend regular staff meetings and contract review meetings
• Regularly monitor each site by attending weekly audits across all sites
• Carry out customer satisfaction surveys in conjunction with formal monthly audits and compile results
• Monitor and follow up all account queries

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrate high level stakeholder supervising, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in supervising staff across a large-scale contract
• Police check
