A well-established cleaning company in North Melbourne area has a position coming up for a cleaning supervisor.

This will involve maintaining contact with clients and keeping high quality standards.

Much of this work may be normal day working hours but night, weekend and holiday period will also be involved.

Knowledge of computer and communication systems are absolutely essential as all reporting systems are web-based.

The position includes:

• To carry out site audits on a regular periodic basis and electronically send the audit reports to the office the same day absolutely essential
• Total dedication to the job including day, night or weekend requirements
• Police clearance and working with children required
• Interviewing job applicants followed by on the job training
• Inducting new staff to site, QA, OH&S and environmental requirements
• Managing cleaning and safety requirements on sites to ensure client satisfaction
• Providing site information and management reports on time
• Advise clients when additional work is required

It is expected the applicant will have:

• Full understanding of the cleaning industry including additional periodic services like glass, carpet and vinyl cleaning
• Previous supervisory experience
• Can communicate with web-based communication systems
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Can work day, night or weekend if required
• Must be well-organised and on time

Salary will be negotiated plus super and company vehicle.
