We are currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage and motivate our team at a large retail store in Docklands, Victoria.

This is a very hands on role suited to someone who does not mind getting their hands dirty, is fit and capable of supervising staff, as well as liaising with clients.

This position would suit someone with previous supervisory experience in a retail environment or someone with retail cleaning experience that is ready to step up into this challenging role.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation
• Mid level computer literacy
• Experience in commercial (retail) cleaning
• Experience in use of most cleaning equipment
• Ability to build & maintain strong client relationships

Your own transport is also required, since the starting time is early in the morning.
