Your new role

An Australian owned National Cleaning Company is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, proven and successful professional to assume a Senior role reporting to the director with business development aspects role in our Melbourne office.

This is a hands-on role which will see you take the reins of the company’s most lucrative accounts to manage and grow by adding value to the clients existing service agreements. You will be involved in high level tender bids and new business acquisition, dealing with top tier clients and stakeholders within the commercial cleaning industry.

This is a long-term career opportunity for a strong relationship manager who has existing relationships within the cleaning and facilities industry who also understands the importance of making and maintaining relationships with customers across Australia.

You will be expected to develop new business opportunities as well as expand ongoing communication with current clients and ensure that they are fully aware of all our services. You will be required to develop formalised proposals for client’s projects, following Directors approval.

You must be aware of current market trends and look at new growth areas for the business as well as assist in organising and conducting appropriate market research, ensuring relevant information for use in business planning.


What you'll need to succeed

It would be an advantage if you had Business Development, quoting or estimation experience within the commercial cleaning industry.

An excellent salary and diverse role is on offer dependent upon experience. You must have a proven track record of winning business, managing and creating new relationships whilst working within a team.
