Cleaning Site Manager –Melbourne Residential College- Parkville

• Full responsibility for all aspects of cleaning of boarding houses, entertainment, sporting precincts and learning spaces
• Build strong relationships with our client

We currently require a suitably experienced Cleaning Manager who will be responsible for the management of large cleaning operation in Parkville Melbourne.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working as part of a broader management team, you will use your leadership and planning capabilities to ensure continuous improvement in areas such as employee development, quality standards and management of client expectations.

Overseeing and participating in the day to day cleaning of all areas of the school

Key responsibilities include:

Developing an in-depth working knowledge of our clients' organisation to truly understand their business requirements

• Managing and Developing site contractual improvement
• Encouraging team members to develop their skills through performance planning and continuous training
• Working closely with team to ensure all legislative compliance and standards are met to minimise risk and maximise business efficiency and outcomes

To be successful in this role, you have proven ability in a similar leadership role and can demonstrate an unrivalled commitment to the customer experience. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and a logical and flexible approach while keeping your eye firmly centred on overcoming the challenges ahead.

Experience in carpet cleaning and carpet care is imperative, completion of a certified course, is required.
