The Company:

We are a respected, privately owned national property maintenance company with cleaning worksites right across Victoria including Port Melbourne, Mordialloc, Braeside, Tarneit, Sunbury, Thomastown, Bayswater, Frankston and Yarra Junction.

The role:

Various shifts: Full-time and Part-time, day, evening and night work.

We are currently recruiting reliable commercial cleaners who will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks which may include, but are not limited to the following:

• General cleaning of the worksite - sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and mopping of floors
• Cleaning of offices, work areas, windows, doors, toilets, urinals, meal areas and kitchens
• Collecting and disposing of rubbish/waste
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly
• Using appropriate chemicals/cleaning products safely
• Reporting to company management any maintenance requirements

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Prior commercial cleaning experience (such as offices, schools, medical centres)
• Excellent work ethic including taking pride in their work; being reliable, well presented and punctual
• Self-starters who strive to provide outstanding service and want to contribute to the success of the team and business
• Attention to detail and being proactive
• Ability to work both unsupervised independently as well as part of a team
• The ability to complete cleaning tasks within strict timelines
• Ability to work flexible hours and any day of the week Monday - Sunday
• Prior experience with the buffing, scrubbing, stripping and sealing of floors and advantage
• Good knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills

All necessary equipment will be provided.
