Classic Residences Retirement Village, located in Brighton East, is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Cleaner to join their team on a Casual basis.

As a Cleaner your main objectives are to ensure all communal areas including corridors/stairs in residential, operational areas and display apartments are clean, tidy and presentable at all times. Part of your role may also include other ad-hoc duties such as food preparation and distribution, as well as Emergency Response services.

To be successful you must have;

• Previous cleaning experience. Experience specifically within the hospitality, aged care or healthcare industry will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of chemical usage in cleaning environment.
• Knowledge of the use of equipment associated with the role, including the provision of minor maintenance to such equipment such as cleaning filters or replacing dust bags.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the capacity to work unsupervised.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).
