| About the business and the role- Lemon Scented Cleaning provides a domestic cleaning service to a rapidly growing client base across Melbourne.- We are looking for experienced, reliable and flexible individuals to join our rapidly growing business and to be a part of its success. - The suitable candidate will enjoy the benefits of a supportive environment, ongoing training and competitive rates and flexible working hours. Job tasks and responsibilities- The successful applicant will perform various cleaning tasks within private residences on a regular basis. - Tasks will include full kitchen and bathroom clean, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, interior window cleaning, cupboard and oven cleaning and other duties as directed.- End of lease cleaning, moving in cleaning, one-off and deep cleaning will also be required. - All cleaning is provided from Monday to Saturday, (9:00am - 5:00pm) - Applicants must be available to work within these hours and will be engaged on a casual or permanent part-time basis.Skills and experience - Applicants must have a current police check, be fluent in English, have strong communication and interpersonal skills and must demonstrate commitment to providing a high standard of work. - Performing the role within professional work boundaries and in an ethical manner will be of utmost importance. - Applicants without at least a year of cleaning experience and relevant referees need not apply. - Driver's license, own vehicle and willingness to travel to various destinations is essential.Job benefits and perks - The successful applicant will enjoy the benefits of a supportive environment, competitive rates and flexible working conditions to suit parents with childcare responsibilities. - All equipment and products will be provided. - Opportunity for career progression is available for individuals who demonstrate ongoing commitment and consistency.Job Type: Part-time |
