We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team on a Casual basis in our Hoppers Crossing store. The position is for approximately 12-20 hours per week including weekends (a must) with the flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive sales
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Meet and exceed company targets
• Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
• Establish and work as part of a collaborative team environment

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous retail sales experience
• Experience working with furniture and bedding advantageous (but not necessary)
• Ability to close the sale
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• High standards of in-store presentation
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Must be available to work weekends
