Our client is a Global Business Process Outsourcer providing a suite of services to Government agencies across Australia. We are seeking Customer Service Professionals for their newly established contact centre based in Dandenong, Melbourne.

We need your strong administration and organisational skills to complement our client's energetic and fast-paced working environment to achieve desired outcomes!

On a daily basis, you will be responding to and processing written and online correspondence and back office data on behalf of a Federal Government Agency.

The must haves:

• Availability to work between 15 and 38 hours per week
• Ability to commit to 2 days of training (10 hours per day) on consecutive weekend days at the commencement of your employment.
• Availability to work between the hours of 7:00 pm - 12:00 am (midnight) Monday to Friday and 8:00 am - 8:00 pm on weekends.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Confident and engaging communication style
• Strong comprehension and written skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to use computers and website navigation
• Your experience in customer service or data processing based roles will be an asset
