The Opportunity – Located in Caulfield North close to Public Transport, this is your opportunity to manage a team and provide effective guidance. You will be an excellent communicator responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. Ultimately, you should lead by example and engage the team to achieve goals.

The heart of the role will be:

  • Understanding of collection methodologies, skip tracing and experience to maximize the recovery of your team's assigned portfolio by working collaboratively with your team.
  • Problem solving, analysis, reporting and people skills

  • Drive Process Improvement and collection strategies

A little about you:

Technical

  • Debt Recovery experience
  • Sound understanding of the legal recovery process
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (Debt collection guidelines, privacy etc)
  • Intermediate Office Skills
  • People management experience
