We are looking for a motivated experienced Business Development Manager/Operations Manager in Melbourne Metro Area. Ideally, the person we seek will be able to demonstrate that they have the skills and experience to find new business and have experience in the cleaning services industry and help manage cleaning operations. This position is a hands on role you must be able to cover staff absences. To achieve this, you will need to be a motivator, communicator and an organiser, as well as having a commitment to excellent customer service. The ability to form quality and long lasting business relationships with clients is essential.

Applicants will need to have a hands on approach, have time management skills.

Main responsibilities

· On the road sales
· Get new business in by doing door knocking and sales calls
· Phone calls to previously visited potential clients
· Completing regular site audits and completing monthly reports · Cleaners training and management
· Ensuring all sites are adhering to quality control procedures

Experience and skills which would help:

· Experience in Cleaning/Facilities Management

· 1-2 years experience in sales and door knocking

· High attention to detail and strong organisation skills

· Experience in Business development for a cleaning company is a big plus

· Must have own reliable car
