Airline ticketing agent tasks:

• Answering calls from travel agents and assisting in airfares and ticketing enquiries.
• Issuing tickets on behalf of a variety of airlines
• Assisting with amendments, re-issues and exchanges
• Remaining up-to-date on all aspects of domestic and international fare rulings and changes
• Action airfare changes, re-booking and cancellations.

We are looking for an experienced travel professional with the following attributes:

• Previous experience within an airline ticketing role in the travel industry
• Experience working on a CRS
• Ability to read fare sheets and interpreting for the travel agents.
