About the role

To support experienced sales professionals in their daily administrative requirements and have an opportunity to learn from those who have been in the property industry to grow your own career. The working days will be from Thursday to Monday, require a background in sales administration and support with customer facing experience, and a real ambition to further develop a sales career.

Duties

  • Administrative support for three sales professionals
  • Meeting and greeting of customers
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Work with team members to help organise and prepare for the day
  • Work closely with experienced sales professional to develop your own career in sales
  • Involvement with community social events
  • Represent products and services within the property industry
  • Collaborate across various divisions and share ideas to take the business forward
  • Be responsible to develop your career and work with key stakeholders to ensure continuous learning

Skills & Experience

  • Highly technical, with SalesForce highly regarded
  • Ambitious and eager to develop a sales career in the property industry
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long term relationships
  • Professional and well presented
  • 1 - 2+ years experience in a Sales Administration and Support role with customer facing experience
  • Recent sales graduate and/or junior to build a long term career
