• Break into leasing retail shops in Rundle Mall and surrounds, in the heart of Adelaide
• Proven business model developed over 15 years with enormous potential for a motivated operator
• Work from home and set your own hours
• Commission only role with a rewarding structure

We will share our knowledge and information sourced over many years. In return, we are seeking a quality candidate who will capitalise on the opportunity that we are providing.

About the business

We specialise in leasing Australian CBD retail shopping strips. Our focus is on high-value CBD areas, providing expertise in key local markets.

What we provide:

• Tools, information and data to maximise your ability to complete deals. This includes a powerful tool which will provide you with key contacts in the industry
• Training & support including your involvement in a national team
• Support to operate within the Brisbane retail market

Skills and experience

Anyone with property experience is encouraged to apply, including both residential and commercial.

What you will need:

• Current FULL real estate agents license and some experience in property (or you are prepared to complete your FULL real estate agents license)
• Ability to spend at least 25 hours per week at least initially
• Motivation, resilience, determination to succeed and the ability to think outside the box
• Share our passion for retail property
