About the role:

Box Hill Institute requires a dedicated customer service professional for the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP). In this role, you will be required to deliver excellent customer service to high volume of clients from diverse backgrounds who attend English tuition in the AMEP. You will support the customer experience with excellent organisation skills and by providing efficient and accurate administration.

The role involves:

• Greet clients, check eligibility for AMEP, process registration applications

• Student administration in the Student Management System

• Manage class rolls

• Provide teacher support

• Provide entry interviews and pathway support

Your Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with:

• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a multicultural setting

• The ability to speak another language is highly desirable

• A tertiary qualification in Business Management, Project Management, Education or equivalent preferred.
