A well known multi faceted venue based in Sunbury that delivers great service and a bistro style dining atmosphere is looking for a Sous Chef for immediate start. This venue has a reputation for not being your typical pub, the food and service are building an influence in the area for restaurant quality food in a pub atmosphere with friendly staff who cater for every event!
We are looking for someone with genuine excitement and passion for the industry and the desire to build a career with a well recognised hospitality brand. Above all you will be keen to learn and committed to achieving the very best standard of food.
You will be:
- Passionate about food and experiencing new things
- A seasoned hospitality professional with at least five years experience
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
You will have:
- 2 years experience in similar role
- A high end pub background is preferred
- Creativity
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Have a strong work ethic
- Excellent food knowledge
- Passion, energy and a desire to perform at the highest standard
