General Manager Soho Restaurant & Bar

Salary $95,000 – plus Superannuation

This is an opportunity to take the lead at a market-leading, local venue, excitingly positioned on Southbank. Soho is a standout bar, we are passionate about cocktails, food & music. Managing all Operational aspects of our intimate & bustling local venue, this opportunity would suit a passionate, results-driven Venue Manager or a Bar/Restaurant Manager looking to take the next exciting challenge.

Well-accomplished in a busy F&B venue environment, you are a positive and passionate leader. You lead by example in product-knowledge and charismatic customer-service - and ensure that you and your team deliver an exceptional customer experience on every shift. Ready to join a creative and passionate management team, you will have a proven history of exceeding expectations with sales results.

Key Skills & Experience

• Be comfortable with a busy roster, rotating weeks including nights and weekends.
• Thorough understanding of venue management in regards to financial development and operational procedures
• Have a minimum of 2 consecutive years of experience in a similar role
• Offer a strong venue presence and take ownership of the role to ensure staff engagement
• Must be able to significantly contribute towards achieving KPIs and set goals
• Should have a sound knowledge on Sales and Marketing
• Showcase clear emphasis on quality and maintain excellent guest services at all times
• Positive leader with a 'can-do' attitude ,able to motivate a team
• Hands-on approach, leading by example
• Build local client, customer & business relationships
• Very social personality who likes to greet/meet guests
