We are currently looking for a dedicated and positive Head Chef ,as well as full time and casual chefs to join our small and friendly team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role as a senior sous chef kitchen manager or senior chef de partie always ensuring flawless kitchen standards.

Fixed hours full time and casual work is available over a mostly dinner centric 6 day trading roster.

Preferred candidates will have the following skills & experience:

• Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Some knowledge & experience with modern Japanese / Pan Asian food cultures.
• Demonstrated ability in assisting with the running of a positive organised kitchen with the understanding of menu planning and menu creation.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
