You keep the customers at the heart of everything you do and are a supportive manager who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

What You Can Expect

While we have structured training programs available, we like to tailor them to suit you. You will work with (and report to) a supportive, experienced Senior Manager and learn each aspect of managing one of our restaurants--service, sales and costs. You will have access to our support departments, including Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Food and Beverage.

Who We Are

The Pancake Parlour is an iconic, Australian family-owned business. We come from humble beginnings, with our first restaurant opening in Adelaide in 1965--with no menu! Now we have 12 restaurants located across Melbourne and over 700 team members on the books. Despite the growth, we've worked hard to maintain our 'family business' feel, and have stacks of success stories of people who've progressed through the ranks to senior management.
