About The Role:

You will report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and oversee Joseph's restaurant operation across breakfast, lunch and dinner service, through progressive team development and above all consistency in the delivery of a quality guest experience. We believe in food and beverage done well and, with celebrated Exec Chef David Green joining the team in March, the menu is set to reach all new heights.

About You:

Leading a team of approximately 12 staff, You will succeed in this role if you have

• Experience in managing high-end restaurant dining
• A passion for everything food and beverage and sound knowledge to back that up
• Expertise in and intuition for service in a fine dining environment
• Experience managing rosters to dynamic business levels
• A hands-on leader, who leads by example, builds in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
• Aspirations and the drive to succeed
• The resolve to deliver exceptional guest services and create a unique and memorable experience with personality.
• The knack to create relationships and connections with our staff and guests
• Able to participate in a 7 day roster
• Immaculate presentation and communication skills
