Our Long Day Care Centre in Chadstone caters for a total of 130 children per day. We are seeking an innovative candidate to work with our Executive Chef, as well as celebrity Chef, Miguel Maestre to prepare gourmet meals in accordance with our unique food philosophy. Recognising the importance of serving delicious and nutritious meals to children, our resourced facilities provide ample opportunity for the creative Chef to highlight their strengths and interests in the kitchen.

This unique opportunity is perfect for a candidate who is experienced in delivering a balanced Menu for children across age groups. The role requires knowledge of Meal Preparation, Food Handling, Menu Planning and implementation of a Food Safety Program. The successful candidate will hold a Certificate in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent and have a wealth of experience in preparing meals using various ingredients, including meeting dietary and cultural preferences.
