Miss Ruben a highly publicised cafe /food store in trendy Ripponlea village is seeking a modern, cool, pastry chef to join its cafe and catering team.

The successful applicant must have proven experience running a pastry section and be able to produce modern layer cakes, sponges, teacakes, meringue and dessert canapés. Knowledge of current food trends is essential.

Ideally you will have worked in a sophisticated food store or an up market catering company and be able to style a shop counter or dessert table.

An eye for detail and presentation is paramount.
