The venue has a mixture of a la carte restaurant service, private dining and small functions with a focus on well crafted cuisine that gets inspiration from Spain, Mediterranean and East Coast of the U.S.
To be successful in the role you must have;

- Well organised and able to set up the pastry section for success.

- Ability to work in a team in a face paced environment.
