This venue opened at the start of the summer season and from the days the doors opened have been busy. The venue has a mixture of a la carte restaurant service, private dining and small functions with a focus on well crafted cuisine that gets inspiration from Spain, Mediterranean and East Coast of the U.S.

To be successful in the role you must have;

  • Good knowledge on the latest trends and techniques.

  • Well organised and able to set up the pastry section for success.

  • Ability to work in a team in a face paced environment.
