• Full time - 76 hrs across a fortnight on a 4pm-12.06am shift across a seven day roster

We're recruiting a Pastry/Cake Chef to join our team at our Production Facility. Our Pastry/Cake Chefs are responsible for the preparation and baking of traditional European & Artisan style products.

We are seeking employees who want to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team with a leading company in the industry.

Ideally, you will:

• Possess a minimum of 1 year experience as a Pastry/Cake Chef in the industry.
• Have strong knowledge and experience in the production of pastries and cakes.
• Be someone who is willing to learn and looking to excel in your career.
• Be able to work effectively in a team.
• Have a passion for food and demonstrate a creative flair.
• Finish products to product specifications.
• Assist in stock control by monitoring ingredient requirements and wastage.
• Be quality focused and have knowledge of HACCP quality systems.
• Be mindful and strive for continuous improvement.
• Have a valid drivers licence and car as the role will be based out of our Braeside Facility.
