About the Role:

The kitchen hand is responsible for providing support to the Cooks and Chefs whilst maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas. The kitchen hand must be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role and possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times.

Skills & experience:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous

• Demonstrated organisational, time management & problem-solving skills

• Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays

• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety

• Excellent communication & presentation

• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

• Reliable and hard working
