Seeking for passionate bilingual individuals (English and Mandarin) with culinary skills, team-oriented and self-motivated. Studying a culinary course, need the experience? Job responsibilities:

• Work in a team environment
• Able to work unsupervised
• To prepare ingredients for chefs. (Wash, slice or dice, marination of food, preparing of hotpot ingredients)
• Assist kitchen with items that require to be butchered
• Have to be organised and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen before closing

Requirements:

• Good personal hygiene
• Experience working in commercial Kitchen
• Able to work under pressure
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Be prepared to operate under food safety guidelines (HACCP procedures)
• Ability to work shift work including weekends and public holidays
• All applicants must hold valid working visa in Australia
