The successful applicant will have:

• At least 3 years experience in a high volume and high quality restaurant position
• A hard working , positive and professional manner with co workers
• Will be responsible for the venue's Baking and Dessert operations
• Will supervise employees, order supplies and create budgets, whilst adhering to Food and Safety Regulations
