About the Role

The Bayswater Hotel is seeking an innovative Head Chef that is up to date with market trends to service it's busy pub. As our Head Chef you will be responsible for owning the development and implementation of the menu as well as leading and inspiring your food team to ensure the highest quality food and standards are maintained. You will also support the Hotel's Venue Manager to meet a range of financial targets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain exceptional quality food across the different food outlets and ensure food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Lead, train and motivate your kitchen team.
  • Effectively roster staff and manage labour costs.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Trade qualifications.
  • Experience working as a Head Chef in a high volume environment.
  • Availability for weekly day, night, weekend, public holidays and split shifts is a must.
  • Strong business acumen with a hard working hands on approach.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
