We are an existing restaurant that is looking for a new Head Chef to be a key part of a change in direction of our offering.

Having opened 5 months ago, with reasonable success with our dinner menu, we are now expanding our offer to include a modern breakfast/brunch menu. Given our great fitout and high standard dinner menu, customers will expect more than your average breakfast .....and we can't wait to deliver. Think creative, fun and modern for brunch. We also want to relax our dinner menu to be more approachable, while still delivering exceptional quality. We don't want fine dining....we want great food that is tasty, interesting and designed to share with friends!

The successful applicant will have the following:

• Experience leading a team
• Desire to contribute to the success of a business
• A customer focused approach to the management and operation of the kitchen
• Preferably experience with Modern Melbourne breakfast kitchens and Spanish / Modern Australian share food

You will lead the current small team (Head Chef + 2 full time chefs and 3 casual kitchen hands) and work very closely with the business owner on the addition of the breakfast offering including researching and writing the menu, hiring additional staff and implementing and managing required processes.

The successful applicant will be required to start asap.
