To manage the their exquisite restaurant operations with high-end functions for up to 250 pax, they are now searching for a truly passionate Hat awarded Head Chef.As Head Chef of this luxury property, you will have a passion for fresh and seasonal food and will have the skills and knowledge to design and implement a modern Australian menu. Your focus will be on delivering Hat style cuisine and will look forward to winning your next Chef's Hat at this hotel.You will have full control of the kitchen and your team. You will be responsible for training and developing a team of chefs, stock-take and ordering, cost control and budgeting for the kitchen and of course preparing and serving top quality dishes.Ideally you will have worked in Chef's Hat awarded venues with a resume showing a stable work history.
