The menu is a celebration of Italian hospitality, offering small & large plates designed to be shared by groups. The menu has a strong seafood focus with special attention given to oyster sourcing and Neapolitan style pizza

We are currently looking to add a talented and experienced pizza chef to our busy team.

To be a chef at Arbory Afloat you will need to;

• Have experience working in a high volume fast paced kitchen
• Have a great attitude and work ethic
• Be flexible and reliable with availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to learn new skills and share your existing knowledge
• Maintain a high standard of food
