Due to exceptional growth we require an experienced, self motivated full-time cleaner who can work independently and when required supervise others including sub-contractors on the job. BACS is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

Australian citizenship

An ability to pass high level security clearances

Current Vic driver’s license

White Card

Excellent written and spoken English skills

Exceptional client relations skills

Ownership and pride in your work

Can commit to working at least one weekend per month

A commitment to WHS

Supervisory experience

At least 2-3 years customer service experience

Certificate III or IV in Asset Maintenance would be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

You will be required to attend multiple jobs per day in Melbourne and the surrounding areas, with occasional regional and interstate travel.

Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure services are delivered at the highest levels within budget.

Supervise and participate in all services

Inspects, reports on, and supervises, cleaning of sites on a regular basis.

The successful candidate will be provided with the following;
