We are currently seeking a COOK / CHEF with a professional approach to kitchen management to help us achieve our mission of delivering... GOOD FOOD, GREAT SERVICE AND EXCELLENT COFFEE.

• Reports to Head Chef and the Franchisee

• Ensure maximum productivity and profitability in the kitchen

• Self Motivated, Energetic Team Players

• Ensures alignment with the Coffee Club policies

with kitchen operations and procedures

• Ensures kitchen hygiene and cleanliness is maintained to the highest standard and in accordance with our Food Safety Program

• Is on call for all emergencies and any unexpected Kitchen, Store or Staffing requirements

This position demands full flexibility across seven days including morning, evening and weekend shifts

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is career driven. You will have a certificate of commercial cookery or equivalent and have at least 1-2 years experience in similar positions. Remuneration is negotiable and will be above industry standard.
