This position requires a hands on individual, with good communication skills and high energy levels, to assist in the all food preparation and cooking of varied Fresh Produce.
Reporting to the Chef & Production Manager the successful applicant's responsibilities will include but not limited to
High Volume Food preparation and quality control as per production schedule
- To be responsible for preparation par levels
- To ensure compliance of the HACCP system in regards to food handling procedures.
Essential selection criteria -
Strong and proven background in high volume fresh food preparation
- Strong work ethic.
