COOK/CATERING ASSISTANT – PPT or Casual

We are currently looking for a PPT or Casual Catering Assistant /Cook to join our Team at one of Victoria's Residential sites.

The key to our success is our people. Your role as Catering Assistant/Cook in Residential care is to provide friendly, accurate and flexible services to our residents and client

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Food preparation, including modified food as per prescribed
• Dishing up meals following guidelines
• General kitchen cleaning duties

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• A passion for quality food and customer service
• A current food handlers certificate
• Previous experience in food preparation in Residential environment
• Understanding of OH&S and food safety practices
• A warm, bubbly and efficient personality
• An ability to work as part of a great team
• Have excellent attention to detail
