VICTORIA BASED:

We are a National, rapidly growing Commercial Cleaning Company and are currently looking for a Contract Cleaning Manager to be based in Victoria.

As a Contract Cleaning Manager, you will be fully responsible for managing the contract to the client's specifications as well as representing the company for any potential contracts in the market place. Your main duties and essential criteria are as follows:

• Must have a proven track record in managing commercial cleaning contracts.
• Staff recruitment, training and management.
• MS Office suite for related administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and develop external stakeholder relationships.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain and create long lasting relationships with clients.
• Full support from Head Office.
• Must be well presented.
• Must have a valid National Police Clearance.
• Must have a valid Drivers Licence.
