Room Attendants for Batman's Hill on Collins

We are looking for part-time Room Attendants for our beautiful heritage listed 4 star hotel, centrally located, just across the road from Southern Cross Station.

The successful team members will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards and exceeding guest expectations.

We expect our new team members to have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, proven experience within a quality establishment, and taking pride in quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest rooms and corridors as allocated
• Replenishing guest amenities and mini bar
• Delivering personalised service with passion and professionalism
• Attending to guests' requests quickly and efficiently, striving to exceed guest satisfaction
• Maintaining security procedures
