food&desire are one of the hospitality partners for the Grand Prix (pause for the overwhelming level of excitement to diminish) and we’re recruiting legends who have kitchen experience to join our Grand Prix Crew. You’ll love it, I promise, we have a secret handshake and everything.

We’re looking for casual team members to fill the following roles:

• Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs, Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs and Senior Sous Chefs
• Cooks and Food Prep
• Kitchen Hands

If you’re keen to be one of us, there’s a few things we need you to have:

• Extensive cooking experience with Cert III minimum (Chefs only)
• Previous catering/events kitchen experience – major events experience favourable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and high-volume environment
• Clear communication skills, effective listening skills and great initiative
• Must have working rights in Australia
• Available for the 11th to the 18th March 2019
• You’re ready to work hard and have fun doing it!
