About the business
SPRINGMONT RESTAURNAT most new exciting venue in Docklands area. Modern-Australian cuisine twisted Asian flavours to Angus and Wagyu specialised Steak along with Dry-aging and Wet-aging meats to meet classic to modern dishes, also premium seafood are all on the menu. We will offer speciality selections, including a lighter options and smaller portions for a children’s menu.
We are looking for an All level of Chef to be part of our fast-paced kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work for fast growing company. For the future we will provide our own paddock and vineyard product.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Focusing on high quality of service and good understanding of foods.
- Person as mise en place.
- Adhere to check inventory daily, weekly and minimum wastage guidelines.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy
- Capability to run a busy section without compromising on quality
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
- Consults with Head chef on the daily requirements.
- Follow OH&S, HACCP standards

- Previous 1-year experience in a similar role
