To be successful within our restaurant you must have

Minimum 2~3 years experience in fine – dining

Diploma level qualification in Hospitality

Knowledge of Italian cuisine

Ability to control stock & costing

Ability to run fast & organized

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure
