We are on the hunt for a full-time Chef de Partie who thrives on well-presented and produce-driven dishes to join the team in this busy bayside favourite.
You will be entering a small, experienced kitchen team who love what they do and require a Chef de Partie to take on the larder section.
In addition to 2 years previous experience as Chef de Partie you will also be:
- Fully qualified with minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Flexibility to work a full-time hospitality roster including nights, weekends and public holidays when required
- An all-rounder in the kitchen, experienced across grill, pans, hot and cold larder
- Experience and confidence in running your own section during busy services
- A creative and modern approach to your dishes
