We require someone who has true passion, with a desire to deliver on-trend, traditional and seasonal food.

About the role

• Build and maintain a positive team of kitchen staff
• Proactive in designing our seasonal menus and specials
• Uncompromising on food quality and safety
• Able to organise and design menus for private functions
• Availability and flexibility to work weekdays / week nights / weekends.
• Commitment to quality service
• Maintain kitchen staff rosters
• Immediate start

Skills and experience

• Excellent work ethic
• Proven experience and confidence in menu development, costings and ordering.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Creative flair
