An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive Qualified Chef to join The Burvale Hotel. As a Qualified Chef you will be responsible completing mise-en-place, serving meals and washing up and cleaning the kitchen after the preparation and service. The successful applicant will be confident in their skills, motivated to perform and will need to demonstrate:

• Experience working in a hands-on bistro style kitchen
• Uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and food safety
• Strong communication skills and a grace under pressure, and
• Excellent planning skills and the ability to think on your feet
