About the business
Infuse Greensborough is a concept cafe, restaurant and bar that endeavours to offer modern Australian and Asian fusion cuisine with locally sourced ingredients.We are currently hiring a Head Chef and a Breakfast Chef with previous experience in either Asian cuisine or brunch.
About the role
The Head Chef is required to work approximately 50 hours a week. Main duties will include assisting with daily service, preparation of ingredients, maintaining par levels, maintaining health and safety requirements, organising roster and assisting kitchen staff when needed.
Working hours will be from around midday to closing, 5 days a week. Weekend availability is a must.
The Breakfast chef is required to work approximately 45 hours a week, 5 days a week doing mostly opening shifts. Working hours will be from 6:30am - 3:30pm each day.

Skills and experience
Both Head Chef and Breakfast Chef:
- Able to work under pressure in a challenging fast paced environment.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- A team player that supports other team members.
- A passion and commitment to delivering high quality food.
- Able to work independently without supervision.
- Hands-on management approach.
- Knowledge of HACCP.
Head Chef only:
- Extensive knowledge of Asian cuisine
- Ability to lead team and train new staff
Breakfast Chef only:
- Extensive knowledge of modern brunch
