They are now looking for a Breakfast Chef and a Restaurant Chef.The Breakfast Chef will be primarily responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef during the breakfast session. He/she must have strong experience in buffets and a la carte services.The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for managing mise en place and offer assistance during breakfast, lunch and dinner. He/she will work closely with the Head Chef and ensure that the food production meets the required guidelines as set.Key Attributes (for both positions):Candidate must be Trade Qualified and have at least 3 years of relevant experience within 4 or 5 star hotelsBe able to develop menus or provide inputs to the Sous Chef/Head ChefFocus on improving the quality of the food and service at all timesHave a good knowledge of HACCPHelp maximize the effectiveness of employees by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training and/or coachingVerify the quality of the product coming into the kitchen, working with the suppliers in the procurement of the best product for the best priceHigh level of English Language is essential |  | |
