You will be a vital cog in the system, supporting the Restaurant Manager continue to run a slick operation; assisting with recruitment, training, driving KPI's on the floor, working to budgets, driving sales, and maintaining a healthy culture.

This is a role that requires a true team player, someone that rolls their sleeves up and is the first to lead by example.

Skills & Experience

• Previous Management experience leading teams of 10+ in QSR, casual dining, food retail or cafes is essential
• Well presented, great personality, and excellent communication skills
• Team player and passion for training team members
• Understanding of P&L, working to targets, and confident with numbers
• You shine on the floor; enjoy building rapport with guests, unfazed handling difficult situations, a passion for all things guest experience
